Returns

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery through our online return request portal.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

A ₹100 reverse-shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount for eligible returns.

The applicable return shipping charge will be shown during the return request process before the request is submitted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without their original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products with stains, marks, odours or other signs of use

  • Return requests raised more than 48 hours after delivery

Return Approval & Pickup

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged. Please keep the product securely packed and ready for collection.

Refunds

Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check.

After the return has been approved following inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For standard returns, the ₹100 reverse-shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
